Romagna Comes To Glasgow

On the 14th of March 2012 at Tennent’s Training Academy in Glasgow, Bibendum staff and some Poderi dal Nespoli clients gathered to experience the food and wine culture of Romagna. This hands-on evening directed by the Michelin starred chef Marco Cavallucci, who explained to his new Scottish mates how to prepare and cook the most typical delicious Romagna dishes, from the appetizer all the way through to dessert.
