Romagna Comes To London

Bibendum staff and some Poderi dal Nespoli’s clients gathered at Caldesi Cookery School in Marylebone to experience the food and wine culture of Romagna. This hands-on evening directed by the Michelin starred chef Marco Cavallucci, who explained to his new English mates how to prepare and cook the most typical delicious Romagna dishes, from the appetizer all the way through to dessert.

I helped to make this evening memorable, providing graphic design and photo-shot used later on as a tailored gift to each participants.
